REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Refunds
- First-time Accounts Only: Refunds are available only for first-time accounts and must be requested within 3 days of signing up.
- Example: If you’ve had an account before, canceled, and signed up again, or opened a second account, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
- Any violation of our Terms of Service voids your eligibility for a refund.
- No Refunds in Specific Cases:
- If the account violates our Terms of Service or engages in illegal activity.
- If the refund request is made after 3 days.
- For overuse of system resources or other issues outside our refund policy.
- Prepaid Services: There are no refunds or prorated reimbursements if you cancel services before the end of your prepaid term, regardless of the reason.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
Certain services and products are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
- Administrative fees, taxes, and custom software installations.
- Domain registrations/renewals, digital certificates, shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and SiteLock fees.
Cancellation Process
- How to Cancel: You can cancel services through your control panel.
- All fees and charges accrued before cancellation must be paid.
- If you cancel, your control panel access will be suspended, and you won’t be able to renew or update your account.
- You will still have access to purchased services until the end of the prepaid term.
- Pending Orders:
- Any pending orders at the time of cancellation will still be processed if your account has enough funds.
- If funds are insufficient, those orders will be canceled, and charges will be reversed.
